Villa Firenze
Villa Firenze is one of downtown Bellevue’s first residential condo buildings and only consists of 32 homes. Designed by Rutledge Maul Architects, the seven story building is constructed of concrete and steel, and also maintains over 2,000 square feet of commercial space. Developed in 2001 by Villa Firenze, LLC, the address overlooks Bellevue’s Ashwoodd Park next to the library. Homes boast large areas designed for entertaining with 9′ ceiling heights. Finishes included stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and gleaming Brazilian cherry hardwoods.
