Vue at Meydenbauer
The Vue at Meydenbauer Bay is located just a couple blocks outside of downtown Bellevue’s most popular hot spots. Designed by Jeffery Hummel, the Vue consists of only 33 homes, and with it’s hillside location a water view can be seen from almost any room. The Vue was initially a renovation project completed by Hummel who ended up doing a good job maintiaining it’s classic look, in addition to adding a casual living environment with more modern design. All homes feature hardwood floors and oversized private decks. Amenities include a landscaped central courtyard with terrace and grill for entertaining, a meeting room, and a fitness center.
